📦 Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days pan-India.
Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat fee applies otherwise.
You'll receive a tracking link by SMS and WhatsApp once shipped.

🎁 Gift Wrapping

Add gift wrapping for ₹30 per item. Includes premium kraft wrap, satin ribbon, and a handwritten gift note.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for damaged or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery, subject to the strict policy below.

⚠️ MANDATORY: Returns/Refunds will ONLY be accepted if you record a complete, unedited Parcel Unboxing Video from start to finish. No claims entertained without video proof.

Start recording before opening the package; capture the sealed parcel, the cut, and the full unpacking in one continuous shot.
Do not edit, trim, or speed up the video. Any edited footage will be rejected.
Submit the video within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp to our support team.
Personalized / "Coming Soon" customized products are non-returnable once launched.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.
